Terms & Conditions

This Donations/Refund Policy applies to anyone who makes a donation to Malaysian Nature Society. This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when you donate to Malaysian Nature Society.

Donations is only for one-time, may be made through the MNS website, or by mailing a cheque, cash, online transfer or credit card information to Malaysian Nature Society. Cheques should be made payable to “Malaysian Nature Society”.

Donations are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unhappy with donation or any element of the subscription service, please email us at mns@mns.org.my, we will investigate every complaint and will endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Tax exempt receipts will be issued for donations of RM 10 or more.
For International donors, donation can be made using Credit Card (Visa/ MasterCard).
