Discover the Uniqueness of Orang Asli – NEC
This June, FRIM-MNS Nature Education Centre (NEC) will be organizing a day trip to visit Muzium Orang Asli, Gombak. The trip focuses on indigenous people (“Orang Asli”) in Malaysia and provides students with an understanding of the history, culture and traditions of indigenous people communities. Through museum exploration and interactive sessions, students can learn more about the uniqueness of Orang Asli, specifically in Peninsular Malaysia.
This trip also offers a visit to their village in Kampung Orang Asli Batu 12, Gombak. Students will get the chance to learn rattan weaving, playing blowpipe and join other fun and educational activities with NEC!
