Please read our Terms and Conditions below. TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Open to Malaysian citizens or currently residing in Malaysia. Categories: teens (age 13 – 17) and Youths (age 18 – 25). 2. Contest period: 11th Feb 2021 – 5th March 2021 3. Participants will stand a chance to win awesome gift which will be revealed on 10th March 2021 4. All participants will receive e-certificates for their participation. 5. The participants are required to “Like” and “Follow” MNS Facebook and Instagram page. 6. Only one submission per person. Only single author essay qualify (no co-authored works). However, the same participants are allowed to participate in other on-going Raptor Themed contest organized by MNS. 7. Free registration. However, donation is welcome (Option: RM 5, RM10, RM15 or more). Donations will be channeled to the Malaysian Nature Society to support its Conservation, Education and Public Awareness activities. 8. Payment method: Bank in to MALAYSIAN NATURE SOCIETY Maybank account: 012138304679 9. Essay submitted should not be more than 600 words for teens category while 1000 words for youths category. There are no set style or format. 10. Entries must be related to the title given. All essay elements must be 100% original, copying someone else’s works is strictly prohibited. 11. Essays are required to be submitted digitally in PDF or docs format. 12. Please send the Essay via Google Form, the link is: https://forms.gle/iWoz2dHy7dGhgifE6 OR email it to mnsraptorwatch@gmail.com together with the proof of payment (those want to do donation to MNS) attached in the Google Form or email by 5th March 2021. 13. If you will be sending the Essay via email, the title of your email should be “Raptor Watch Essay Writing Contest”. Please include your full name, age, phone number and home address. 14. Essays will be shortlisted and winners will be chosen by MNS Raptor Watch Working Group members. 15. This contest is organized by Malaysian Nature Society (MNS). 16. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest. 17. The prizes are not exchangeable and/or transferable or redeemable for cash. 18. The Organizer reserves the right to use the written works for any publications, advertisement or promotional purposes. 19. By participating in this Contest, Eligible Participants agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from and against any law suits, claims, losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees that may arise from or in connection with the Contest. 20. The Organizer’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained. Please read the Terms and Conditions before participating. 21.
